Pick Up

Orders can be picked up in Nowra, NSW. Once items have been purchased and you clicked ‘pick up’ we will contact you with a time and location for you order

Returns

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed

• Must be a full priced item (No sale items)

• Hygiene Strip MUST still be attached to your product

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Returns form will need to be filled out (included in parcel)

  14 Days to Return

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your products.

Please Note: All items that have been reduced in price cannot be returned for store credit. No exceptions can be made. We understand there is a risk buying sale items, so be sure to look at our sizing chart for guidance

Returns and Exchanges

DOTHYS will only offer a store credit. We do not exchange for a change of mind. If you wish to exchange your product for a new product you will need to return the original item for a store credit.
